Who could benefit?

Businesses that have successfully completed an R&D and innovation project, and businesses with a project to increase mass production capacity for products on the list of products that contribute to the current account balance.
Aim of the programme
- To enable the production and commercialisation of products resulting from research and development (R&D), product development (Ür-Ge) and innovation activities; and of medium-high and high technology products that will contribute to the current account balance.

What was the KOSGEB TEKNOYATIRIM Support Programme?
The SME Technological Product Investment Support Programme (TEKNOYATIRIM) was a KOSGEB programme that supported the mass production and commercialisation of technological products.
It covered products resulting from R&D and innovation as well as medium-high and high-technology products. Machinery and equipment, software and personnel costs were supported.
No new applications to the TEKNOYATIRIM Support Programme have been possible since 30 June 2025; KOSGEB closed the programme to applications.
TEKNOYATIRIM has closed: what supports technology investment now?
For technological product investment, we can assess KOSGEB’s Strategic Product Support Programme and Capacity Building Support Programme (Kapasite Geliştirme Destek Programı).
The Ministry of Industry and Technology’s investment programmes are also among the options.
At the pre-assessment, we work out the right programme together based on your product’s technology level and your investment budget.
