The Global Competitiveness Support Programme (Küresel Rekabetçilik Destek Programı) is a programme of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB). It helps SMEs build export infrastructure and strengthen their competitiveness in global markets. Support is open to SMEs registered in Türkiye. Foreign investors can apply once they have set up a company in Türkiye.

Non-repayable KOSGEB support covers up to 20 percentage points of the interest/profit share cost on loans for these services: training, consulting and mentoring, certification, testing and analysis, marketing, design and industrial property rights. |

Application process

With an Initial Analysis (Check-Up), we assess your company and project against the programme’s criteria.

We plan eligible cost items and the budget within the programme’s scope.

We prepare the application file with the documents the programme requires and upload it to the institution’s system within the deadline.

We manage spending documents, reports and payment requests through to closure.
How is Global Competitiveness application consulting priced?
We set the fee based on the file scope the programme requires, the project budget and the workload during implementation.
Final eligibility and approval are the relevant institution’s decision. Our role is to prepare the file to the programme’s requirements and follow the process through. At the pre-assessment, we’ll hear about your situation and share a quote for your project.
