KOSGEB Technological Production and Localisation Support is a group of programmes from the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB) that support investment in producing strategic and technological products in Türkiye. FIX identifies the right programme and manages the application. Support is open to companies registered in Türkiye. Foreign investors can apply once they have set up a company in Türkiye.

Strategic product support
KOSGEB’s Strategic Product Support Programme aims to increase domestic production and strengthen businesses’ competitiveness in products of strategic importance. FIX guides Strategic Product applications from the Ministry pre-application to the final application at KOSGEB, and sets up the staff and budget plan according to the programme’s rules.

The TEKNOYATIRIM Support Programme was designed for businesses that wanted to increase production capacity through technology-focused investment; the programme closed to applications on 30 June 2025. For new technology investments, we now assess the Strategic Product Support Programme and other current programmes with you.

KOSGEB Technological Production and Localisation Support is a set of programmes that support the domestic production of strategically important products and SMEs’ technological product investments.
The group’s programme in force today is the Strategic Product Support Programme; the SME Technological Product Investment Support Programme (TEKNOYATIRIM) closed to applications on 30 June 2025.
