KOSGEB Strategic Product Support Programme
Independent assessment is non-repayable; staff costs are repayable.
The Strategic Product Support Programme is a programme of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB). It backs investments in the domestic production of strategically important products. Support is open to capital companies registered in Türkiye. Foreign investors can apply once they have set up a company in Türkiye.

Who can apply?

Company type
You must be a capital company (limited or joint-stock company) established in Türkiye. -
Industry Move Programme approval
You must have filed a pre-application with the Ministry under the Technology-Focused Industry Move Programme (Teknoloji Odaklı Sanayi Hamlesi Programı). The Ministry must then have referred you to KOSGEB for the final application. -
KOSGEB registration
The business must be registered in the KOSGEB database, with active status and an up-to-date Business Declaration.

Application process

With an Initial Analysis (Check-Up), we assess your company and project against the programme’s criteria.

We plan eligible cost items and the budget within the programme’s scope.

We prepare the application file with the documents the programme requires and upload it to the institution’s system within the deadline.

We manage spending documents, reports and payment requests through to closure.
How do we price consulting for the Strategic Product Support Programme?
We set the fee based on the file scope the programme requires, the project budget and the workload during implementation.
