The FIX difference

Why work with FIX on the GSC Project?

We turn a letter of intent from a global company into the key to your investment, and link your machinery, equipment and technology investment to government support through the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Project.

  • Traditional method: Capacity falls short of the global customer’s demand, and orders are lost.
The FIX method: The letter of intent is turned into a project that supports capacity investment.
  • Traditional method: Machinery and technology investment is funded from equity.
The FIX method: Machinery, software and certification costs are planned under the Global Supply Chain Project.
  • Traditional method: The conditions for becoming a supplier are met piecemeal.
The FIX method: The global brand’s supplier requirements are put at the centre of the project.
  • Traditional method: Implementation follow-up falls behind after project approval.
The FIX method: Investment, reporting and payment steps are tracked in line with the global customer’s schedule.
  • Result: Lost global orders and postponed investments.
Result: A manufacturer that joins the global supply chain on the strength of its capacity.
Benefits

What you get

  1. Government-supported machinery investment

We design the project so that part of the cost of the machinery, equipment and automation lines you need to reach the production volumes your global customer requires can be covered by Ministry support.
  2. A leap in production capacity

We design a capacity increase that meets not only the current order but future demand as well. By raising your factory’s production speed and volume, we help you get ready for large-scale contracts.
  3. Global brand approval

We build into the project the quality, certification and standardisation work needed to get onto global leaders’ Approved Supplier Lists; these steps support your international reputation.
  4. Software and digital integration

We build into the project the ERP, MRP and supply chain management software you need to integrate into the global supply chain, and plan how to strengthen your factory’s digital infrastructure.
  5. Using the letter of intent correctly

We build the strategic framework your letter of intent needs to be valid in the Ministry’s eyes, and work to make sure the letter supports the project on technical and commercial grounds.
  6. Cost advantage and competitiveness

When government support covers part of your investment costs, your unit costs fall. By reflecting that advantage in your prices, we help you become more competitive on price against Chinese or European rivals.
