• On our forms, we ask only for the information needed to assess your request.
• Analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and the FIX attribution cookies, which record the source of your request) run only with your permission for visits from EU/EEA countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; for visits from Türkiye and other countries, they run until you reject them in the cookie panel. • We do not sell your data. We transfer it to the IT providers whose services we use (some of which are located abroad) only to the extent required by the service.
• We take the necessary technical and administrative measures under Article 12 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to protect your personal data. In the event of a data breach, we notify the Personal Data Protection Board and you.

2.1. Nature of the content. 2.2. The AIx® Incentive Robot and pre-assessment results are for preliminary information purposes; they do not include any commitment regarding admission to a programme, a support amount or approval.

2.3. Intellectual property. The text, design, logos, graphics and software on the site belong to FIX or its licensors. The owner of the FIX®, UTD®, KİVİG®, HİT® and AIx® trade marks is FIX Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi. The content may not be reproduced without permission, except for short quotations that cite the source and include a link. TURQUALITY® and other third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners.

2.4. Links. The owners of third-party sites linked from the site are responsible for the content and privacy practices of those sites.

2.5. User obligations. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, in a manner that infringes the rights of others, or in a manner that disrupts the security and operation of the site (uploading malware, automated bulk queries, misuse of forms, etc.). Do not share another person’s information on the forms without informing that person.

2.6. Amendments. FIX may update these terms; the current text is published on this page.

2.7. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. The statutory rights of recourse of persons acting as consumers are reserved.
