Why TURQUALITY® consulting?
We run the preliminary review, strategic business plan, audit preparation and expense management end to end, and plan your overseas office, promotion and marketing costs around the support available.
-
Traditional method: The application file is prepared from a template and does not reflect the company’s reality. The FIX method: Together, we build a strategic business plan for your brand, based on a current-state and GAP analysis.
-
Traditional method: Corporate processes are defined only on paper. The FIX method: Processes are built into day-to-day operations; you face the auditor with a living system that works.
-
Traditional method: Audit day is the first time the company is put to the test. The FIX method: With a Mock Audit, development areas are identified before the audit and addressed together.
-
Traditional method: After approval, expense management becomes an extra burden on the corporate team. The FIX method: With Shadow Management, our team works alongside yours and shares the expense planning and reporting load.
-
Result: Postponed applications and support items left unused.Result: An organisation ready for audit, and planned overseas growth.
What you get from our TURQUALITY® consulting
-
Mock Audits that prepare you for the audit
The TURQUALITY® audit is a detailed examination. Through the Mock Audits we run during the process, we put your company through a detailed internal review similar to the audit. That way you arrive on the day of the real audit prepared, with likely questions already addressed. -
Infrastructure that works in practice, not on paper
Our consulting is not about filling in paperwork to show the auditor. We write the procedures and make sure your staff actually apply them day to day. Our aim is not paperwork for the audit, but a management system that keeps working after the audit. -
A strategic plan built around programme criteria
The most critical stage of the programme is the five-year Strategic Business Plan submitted to the Ministry. This plan is part of the development roadmap prepared after the company is accepted for support; support payments begin after the Ministry approves the roadmap. On your behalf, we build a roadmap that aligns your company’s goals closely with the TURQUALITY® vision. It rests on sound financial foundations and is persuasive to evaluators. -
Reducing trial-and-error costs and lost time
Regulations and expectations change constantly. Trying to manage the process in-house can lead to wrong investments and months of lost time. With our experience, we shorten the time spent “searching for the right way” and keep your team focused on the right steps. -
Easing the operational load on your current staff
Building a structured organisation adds to the workload of staff who are already doing their jobs. Working as a Shadow Management team alongside yours, we take on most of the operational load, such as documentation, data analysis and reporting. That way your team adapts to the transformation without being pulled away from its core work. -
Building institutional memory independent of individuals
We move your company’s know-how and management strength out of people’s heads and into a written system. You gain an organisation with institutional memory and standardised management quality, where the way work is done holds steady even when staff change.
How our TURQUALITY® consulting works
-
We benchmark your structure against TURQUALITY® criteria and draw up the transformation roadmap.
-
We write the procedures and set up the budget and performance system in the field.
-
We build the strategic plan with financial projections and start the application; the five-year business plan follows once you’re admitted to the programme.
-
Before the real audit, we audit your company through the eyes of a TURQUALITY® auditor.
-
On audit day we sit at the table with you; after acceptance, we manage the collection of incentive payments.
-
Acceptance is not the end but the beginning; we track KPIs and annual reports.
How does the TURQUALITY® application process work?
-
The brand’s and company’s fit with the programme criteria is assessed.
-
Strategic planning follows your global targets; the five-year business plan goes to the Ministry once you’re admitted to the programme.
-
A system-based management structure is put in place, making the company audit-ready.
-
The company is prepared for the independent audit, and the application is completed in line with the regulations of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade.
-
The audit process is managed, open items are completed and follow-up continues until the admission decision.
-
Supported costs are managed and reported under the correct items.
