Why Brand Programme Consulting?
We manage the Brand Support Programme not simply as a grant but as a strategic transformation, working with you at every step from audit preparation to the four-year strategic plan and the move to TURQUALITY®.
-
Traditional method: The Brand Support Programme is seen as nothing more than a grant application. The FIX method: The Brand Support Programme is structured as a transformation plan aimed at moving up to TURQUALITY®.
-
Traditional method: A Development Roadmap is prepared, then left in a drawer. The FIX method: The items in the Development Roadmap are prioritised and put into practice together in the field.
-
Traditional method: Small gaps in claim documents turn into lost support. The FIX method: Spending and claim documents are set up from the start in line with the support legislation.
-
Traditional method: Preparation for interim checks is left to the last minute. The FIX method: An internal Mock Audit is held before each interim check, so you go in with documents and team ready.
-
Result: Unused support entitlements and a brand whose growth slows.Result: A brand that is building its corporate structure and preparing step by step for TURQUALITY®.
What you get with Brand Programme Consulting
-
A real-time simulation for TURQUALITY®
This programme is the most serious rehearsal before TURQUALITY®. Over the four years, we manage your company’s financial and operational structure just as we would for a TURQUALITY® company. So as your company moves on to its TURQUALITY® application, it is prepared for audits and performance criteria. -
50% support for market entry costs
Holding your ground in a new market is expensive. We plan which government support can be used for your market entry costs, from overseas store rents and shelf fees to advertising and trade fairs. We also prepare the application file. This way you build your marketing plan knowing the eligible costs from the start. -
Strategic talent transfer
Becoming a global brand takes more than sales; the product must be strong too. The programme offers dedicated employment support. We plan the employment costs of key staff, such as fashion or industrial designers and engineers, to fit it. -
Corporate transformation and trademark registration management
We turn your company into one that manages brand value, not just sales. By managing the whole process from overseas trademark registrations to patents and quality certificates, we reduce the risk of imitation and safeguard your brand’s intellectual capital. -
Process and claims management that reduces the risk of loss
We manage the process end to end so you don’t drown in the details of the legislation. We run every stage, from pre-spending approvals to the payment request, on a “right first time” principle, and follow it through so you claim support amounts on time and with the documents the legislation requires. -
A four-year sustainable growth plan
The Brand Support Programme is limited to four years. We design this period not as a short-term fix, but as a plan to prepare your company for the next league, the TURQUALITY® programme, by the end of the four years. We are not chasing one-off grants; we are a long-term partner with a vision.

Detailed guide
Brand Support Programme: what should you check?
- Preparing for acceptance: The corporate structure and trademark registration status matter for acceptance into the programme.
- Document discipline: Document and payment procedures must be set up from the start so spending stays within the support scope.
- Tracking commitments: The commitments in the Development Roadmap should be monitored throughout the programme.
- Final decision: The final evaluation of the application rests with the Ministry of Trade.
How do you move from the Brand Support Programme to TURQUALITY®?
The move is prepared by building, during the Brand Support Programme, the corporate structure, strategic planning and spending discipline that TURQUALITY® expects.
We build this structure with you step by step throughout the programme. Interim checks and Mock Audits also shorten preparation for the TURQUALITY® application.
