What drives success in chemicals exports?
The capabilities we use to take your formulas to global markets, turn technical barriers into financial opportunities and bring your brand up to world standards.
-
Technical regulation and REACH compliance
In chemicals exports, compliance with international regulations such as REACH and KKDİK (Türkiye’s chemicals registration regulation) is as critical as product quality. We stop these complex, high-cost registration processes from being a barrier: we manage the application for the eligible part of technical certification costs and plan your market entry timeline. -
R&D and laboratory incentives
We manage the high laboratory costs of new product development and analysis with government grants. By planning eligible costs from design to testing through incentive mechanisms, we aim to limit the impact of your chemicals R&D investments on your cash flow. -
Data-driven market intelligence
We use concrete data to analyse which country needs which chemical compound and the balance of supply and demand in each market. Instead of trial and error, we base your export route on customs data, competitor analysis and sector reports and plan a data-driven market entry. -
TURQUALITY® and global brand value
We aim to take your product beyond raw material supply and build brand value that global leaders trust. We set up a corporate structure to TURQUALITY® standards, so that you can compete with global rivals on management quality and a proven brand reputation, not just price. -
Optimising promotion and marketing
We manage the process so that you can meet the eligible part of the high foreign-currency costs of global chemicals trade fairs and overseas promotion with government support. As you take your brand onto the world stage, we plan how to use grant programmes for your advertising, travel and field research costs. We also prepare the application file. -
Local presence and warehousing support
In chemicals, logistics and fast delivery are the key to competing. For an office, warehouse or showroom in your target markets, we plan to have the eligible part of the rent covered by government support. By strengthening your local presence, we work to help you send your customers a message of proximity and trust.
Sourcing from chemical companies in Türkiye
Türkiye exported USD 22.77 billion of chemicals and chemical products from January to August 2026, according to TİM, and its top five markets take only 23.9%. For buyers in Europe, REACH / CLP registration and safety data sheets come before price. Through Import Consulting, FIX finds Turkish chemical manufacturers for your product specification, checks their documents and capacity, and manages quotations and samples on your behalf.
- Manufacturer search: we list Turkish producers for your product, specification and HS position (mostly chapters 27 to 40).
- Document check: we review REACH / CLP registration, safety data sheets (SDS), test reports and references, and tell manufacturers from traders.
- Quotation comparison: we set offers side by side in one report, then negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms and Incoterms for you.
- Samples and introduction: we handle correspondence and sampling and, with your approval, introduce you directly to the supplier you choose.

How do you export chemicals?
Exporting chemicals starts with choosing the right target market based on data and completing registration requirements such as REACH / CLP and KKDİK before shipment.
The decisive step is reaching the person who makes the purchasing decision directly. FIX runs contact with buyers in net importing markets, market data and government support planning in a single team; we don’t stop at a report, we implement the process with you.
- Product and capacity analysisWe clarify your product group (mostly HS chapters 27 to 40), your production capacity and your export readiness.
- Target market selectionWe match the large and fast-growing markets in TİM data with your product and set the order of priority.
- Regulatory and document complianceWe plan target market requirements such as REACH / CLP and the testing and certification steps.
- Direct contact with buyersWe reach the people who make the buying decision and manage meetings and quotations with you.
- Support planningWe plan trade fair, promotion, certification and market research costs around the right government support.
What government support is there for chemicals exports?
For chemicals companies, a significant share of export costs such as laboratory analysis, REACH registration and international trade fairs can be financed through government support. Support is open to companies registered in Türkiye. Foreign investors can apply once they have set up a company in Türkiye.
The right support depends on the cost item and company size; the relevant institution makes the final decision, and we prepare your application in its strongest form for that assessment.
- Market entry documents and certification supportLaboratory analyses, test reports and high-cost registration fees such as REACH are among the chemicals sector’s largest cost items. We plan suitable government support for them and manage the application. Part of the document cost can then be covered by incentives.
- Global Supply Chain (GSC) and technology investmentOn the way to becoming an approved supplier to global chemicals companies and international brands, you invest in machinery, software and quality control. We manage the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Project application process for these investments. In this way, we aim to ease the pressure on your cash flow as you bring your production line up to world standards.
- R&D, design and branding grantsWe plan suitable grant programmes for engineering and design costs when developing a new chemical formula or designing packaging. We also manage the support process for your overseas promotion and trademark registration costs under programmes such as TURQUALITY®.
What should you watch out for in chemicals exports?
- Technical regulation and REACH/KKDİK compliance: In chemicals exports, legal registration is as decisive as product quality; the European market requires REACH registration and Türkiye requires KKDİK registration. Preparing safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS) to international standards is a basic condition for entering the global market.
- HS code-driven market intelligence: The chemicals industry covers a wide product range (chapters 27 to 40). It runs from mineral fuels to pharmaceuticals and from cosmetics to plastics. We use data to analyse which countries are net importers in your product’s HS (GTİP) position. We then plan your market entry accordingly.
- Sustainable supply chain and logistics management: Transporting chemical products requires specialist expertise and safety standards. Building a flexible logistics plan against supply chain disruptions and using geographical proximity to target markets reduces costs.
- Document timeline: Planning registration and safety data sheet (SDS) preparation backwards from the first shipment date means a ready order is not kept waiting.
- Support timing: Planning eligible expenditure before any payment is made means you don’t lose support you’re entitled to.
