What you get
-
50% government grant support
FIX is accredited by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade. This means 50% of what you spend on the report and consulting service we prepare can be reimbursed as government support, subject to the Ministry’s approval. If the support is approved, you get a professional export strategy at half the cost. -
A data-based three-year roadmap
You end up with more than advice: a concrete export project covering the next 3 years, with a clear budget, timeline and action plans. You answer “Where will I sell?” not with assumptions, but with data analysis prepared under Ministry support. -
Lower risk, safer entry
You see the target market’s customs rules, technical barriers and competitors in advance. That keeps the financial and operational risks of market entry to a minimum. You don’t step into the unknown; you enter a market whose key risks have been analysed in advance. -
Target market and customer diversity
In response to shrinking demand in your current markets, we use data to identify new and alternative markets with high potential for your product. You free your exports from dependence on a single region and spread your global risk. -
In-house export know-how
During this process, your export department learns to carry out systematic market research and work on a project basis. We don’t just give you a fish; we teach your company how to fish. -
Competitive brand and marketing design
We build the strategy you need not just to exist in the target market, but to be preferred. By analysing your competitors’ positions and the market’s dynamics, we prepare a results-focused marketing plan that sets out which message, which price and which channels (digital or physical) your brand should use. -
A budget matched to support items
The report’s action plan breaks trade fair, advertising and travel costs down into a detailed budget and matches each cost to the relevant support item. As the report is written, it becomes clear which costs to plan under which support. -
A report in the Ministry’s format
The report is written to the content and format requirements set out in the Ministry of Trade’s support legislation. From the start, we reduce the risk of revisions caused by missing sections or format differences. -
Sustainable exports and growth
Our goal is not one-off sales but sustainable exports. With the implementation plans and budget forecasts in the report, you manage your company’s growth in global markets against a concrete three-year plan. -
One team from application to payment
We don’t just write the report; we also prepare the support application and the documents needed for payment. We follow the application and approval process with you; the approval decision rests with the Ministry.

What should a market entry project get right?
- Format in line with the legislation: The report must meet the content and format requirements set out in the Ministry of Trade’s support legislation.
- HS code-based market selection: Target market selection should rest not on general country data, but on your product’s HS code (GTİP) and price level.
- Realistic budget: The budget should be planned with realistic implementation steps and support items.
- Deadline and document tracking: Deadlines and document requirements for the support application should be tracked while the report is being prepared.
- Implementation team: The company’s team and those responsible for carrying out the report’s strategy should be clearly defined.
Market Entry Project or target market research?
Target Market Research is an analysis showing which markets should be prioritised.
A Market Entry Project turns that analysis into an implementation plan. The plan sets out how to enter the chosen market, which channels to use, and which step will be taken with which budget and on what timeline.
In short, research answers “where?”, while a Market Entry Project answers “how, when and with what budget?”
For companies that want to start exporting systematically, the two complement each other.
