The Traditional Entrepreneur Support Programme was a programme of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB). It gave set-up and performance support to entrepreneurs starting new businesses and closed to applications on 10 May 2024. The current programme for entrepreneurs is the Entrepreneur Support Programme (Girişimci Destek Programı).

KOSGEB closed the Traditional Entrepreneur Support Programme to applications on 10 May 2024. For entrepreneurs starting a new business, the current option is the Entrepreneur Support Programme. It covers Business Establishment Support (İş Kurma Desteği), Business Development Support (İş Geliştirme Desteği) and Business Development Interest/Profit Share Support (İş Geliştirme Faiz/Kâr Payı Desteği). What was the KOSGEB Traditional Entrepreneur Support Programme?
The KOSGEB Traditional Entrepreneur Support Programme gave non-repayable set-up, performance and certificate support to new businesses founded by entrepreneurs who had completed Traditional Entrepreneurship Training.
Its aim was to raise the survival rate of new businesses.
KOSGEB closed the Traditional Entrepreneur Support Programme to applications on 10 May 2024; it no longer accepts new applications.
What replaces KOSGEB Traditional Entrepreneur Support today?
For entrepreneurs starting a new business, today’s KOSGEB support is the Entrepreneur Support Programme.
The programme has three components: Business Establishment Support, Business Development Support and Business Development Interest/Profit Share Support.
At the pre-assessment, we work out together which component fits your business, based on its age and sector. We prepare the application file and run the follow-up. Support is open to companies registered in Türkiye. Foreign investors can apply for current programmes once they have set up a company in Türkiye.
