Businesses established under the Turkish Commercial Code as natural or legal persons, registered and active in the KOSGEB database, could apply.

Aim of the programme
The aim was to assess where small and medium-sized enterprises stood on energy efficiency and identify their problems and needs. The programme then set out to build strategies, develop capacity based on them and meet priority needs.
