KOSGEB Vegetables and Fruits Cold Chain Leasing Support Programme

The Vegetables and Fruits Cold Chain Leasing Support Programme was a programme of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB). It aimed to help businesses cut product losses through cold chain investments. Support is open to companies registered in Türkiye. Foreign investors can apply for current programmes once they have set up a company in Türkiye.

Eligibility

Who could benefit?

  1. Businesses with natural or legal person status, established under the Turkish Commercial Code, registered and active in the KOSGEB database, could apply.

  • Its aim was to help SMEs build a cold chain that reduces fruit and vegetable losses. It contributed to the leasing interest/profit share costs of new, domestically made cold storage units and/or refrigerated bodies/units acquired through financial leasing.

Eligible cost items

The programme covered up to 10 points of SMEs’ leasing interest/profit share costs, with an upper limit of TRY 750,000. This applied to new, domestically made cold storage units and/or refrigerated bodies/units acquired through financial leasing.
