The Advanced Entrepreneur Support Programme was a programme of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB). It supported entrepreneurs’ set-up, machinery and equipment, software and business coaching costs, and closed to applications on 10 May 2024. The current programme for entrepreneurs is the Entrepreneur Support Programme (Girişimci Destek Programı).

KOSGEB closed the Advanced Entrepreneur Support Programme to applications on 10 May 2024. For entrepreneurs, the current option is the Entrepreneur Support Programme. It covers Business Establishment Support (İş Kurma Desteği), Business Development Support (İş Geliştirme Desteği) and Business Development Interest/Profit Share Support (İş Geliştirme Faiz/Kâr Payı Desteği). What was the KOSGEB Advanced Entrepreneur Support Programme?
The KOSGEB Advanced Entrepreneur Support Programme gave non-repayable support to entrepreneurs who had completed Advanced Entrepreneurship Training and set up businesses in strategic priority sectors.
It covered set-up costs, machinery, equipment and software, mentoring and business coaching, as well as performance and certificate support.
The Advanced Entrepreneur Support Programme has been closed to applications since 10 May 2024; KOSGEB lists it among its Discontinued Support programmes.
What replaces KOSGEB Advanced Entrepreneur Support today?
KOSGEB’s current support for entrepreneurs is the Entrepreneur Support Programme.
Business Establishment Support is for businesses aged 0 to 1 year, and Business Development Support for businesses aged 0 to 3 years; the third component is Business Development Interest/Profit Share Support.

The closest current option to the machinery, software and service procurement items of Advanced Entrepreneur Support is Business Development Support under the Entrepreneur Support Programme.
